I feel like the only time my order is good, is when the manager is there or something. Items were forgotten, I was given undercooked fries, the queso cheese had gross chunks in it. And all of my items were stuffed and squished inside the bag rather than it being put into a second bag

Fries were a little overdone...like several crunchy all the way through.

The taco meat tastes like it's seasoned with pepper only. Lots of pepper. The beans on the tostada have no seasoning at all. Tastes like eating paste. Does anyone ever taste the components when preparing them? This food is inedible! We've had food from this store before and it was fine. But the last two times we've ordered, its been really bad. What is going on with this store? We won't be ordering from this store again. I hope some attention will be paid to these comments, so the food quality will improve.

It would have been nice if they had kept the burritos separate and labeled them, so that I could know which one was which. I also would have appreciated napkins and condiments.

Very poor experience. This was a reorder of missing items from our first order. The initial order was missing items and all of the burritos ordered were completely missing meat. Then the reorder of the missing items was completely wrong and still missing items. This place is obviously being very poorly managed. The few items that arrived correctly were mostly what we expected although only was correct.
