The Braised Beef Skillet was amazing. Roasted red skin potatoes topped with tender well seasoned pot roast. Yes please!

A very pleasant surprise!! Kudos to the chef who grilled my T-Bone Steak & Eggs. It was worth every penny! Seasoned and cooked very well!!
