I have been ordering here for several times now. Their Bubble Milk Tea * is the right balance of tea and milk, perfect with 75% ice. The *Pork Potsticker Dumplings* 6 pieces was also very good! Definitely recommend!

Brown Sugar Bubble Milk tea isnt like described on the app, doesnt match the picture at all, false advertising. I asked for 100% sugar and its watered down. Wish I never upgraded to the large. *Gyoza Pork/Chicken* Steam or Pan Fried tasted amazing though definitely recommend!!

Always delicious! Love the jasmine milk tea and the lychee green tea. Donuts are awesome too :)
