This order we got the pork xlb (life changing) and juicy pan fried pork buns (incredible) and braised beef soup noodles (also delicious).
Everything came fresh and still hot (thanks Dasher!). The skins on the xlb are thin but strong, the soup is rich, and the meat is soft and tender. The pork buns were very rich, with thick, crispy, crusty, golden brown bottoms and bursting with "juice". I can't help but think you have to eat each of these in a single mouthful or else soup will dribble out of your mouth, but the pork bun is a bit too big for this (but still doable). The dumplings are best shared so you can have a variety. The soup was fragrant and the meat was tender with fresh vegetables on the side and springy noodles. EVERYTHING WAS VERY VERY GOOD. We've also tried the boiled pork and cabbage dumplings which were stellar. In other orders we've had the okra and green beans which were also yummier than average but clearly the star is the dumplings.

I really wanted to love this place based off my co workers recommendations. The fried pork wonton was so fried the ends were burnt. The Cucumber with Garlic Salad was beyond over powering. The Crab & Pork Xiao Long Bao was what I was looking forward to most. Super disappointed in the fake flavor. The pork was there but tasted like ready to go bad shrimp. Please read my other reviews to know I'm very open minded and considerate before reviewing.

I would have given 5 stars based on the quality of the food but took 1 star off because they kept my DoorDash driver waiting for 20+ minutes. The Pork Xiao Long Bao was amazingly delicious especially with the house-provided vinegar oil. The Hot & Sour Soup broth and tofu had great flavor, it was just my error in thinking that the noodles would be soft (my personal preference) but instead they were hard and crisp.
