Staff this morning did a good job. My Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was very good and my grandson loved the Ham & Swiss Pretzel Slider . Everything was very good. Only 4 stars bc staff dosent give consistency with preparing food. Some staff care about service and preparation for dine-in AND to-go orders, and Some sraff just slop food out the door for to-go and delivery orders bc they know you won't see it until it's too late to return. My Dasher KAYLA was a very sweet and friendly lady.

Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was ok, 2 bites and bacon was gone but Sandwich still there lol maybe they were low on bacon. Never got my grandsons Ham & Swiss Pretzel Slider . Dunkin is good when there are employees that pay attention. Unfortunately it's seeming like it's more misses that hits. Dasher was a very nice lady. I used to get Dunkin 3-4x a week. I'm down to MAYBE 5x a month bc it's becoming a waste of money and time Unfortunately.

I don't know what's wrong with dunkin lately. I ordered coffee and a sandwich. Dunkin only sent coffee. I guess they think I'll pay $20 + tip for a coffee. NOT. Dasher was AWESOME! He went STRAIGHT back to try to get my order straight.

Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was burned into crumbling mess. Ham & Swiss Croissant Stuffer was perfect and grandson loved it. Original Blend was great as usual.

The Grilled Cheese was perfectly toasted and cheese melted into bread. It went great with the watermelon Dunkin' Refreshers. The refresher is so good with green tea and hive you an extra pick me up. I was given extra napkins which is also nice to have with delivery orders!
