Awesome that I got a half dozen donuts with everything exact (with the donuts)..Carmel topped latte is amazing. Only thing that saddened me so was my egg cheese and sausage croissant was burnt.. black burnt. Otherwise a full 5 stars would have been in order!

Love this store and get a bagel nearly every week,just bummed cuz this barely has any cream cheese. Perfectly toasted but more dry than normal

I ordered Boston Cream donuts under the "classic donuts" section. Wasn't sure how many I was going to get since the description says "a dozen" yet the price was very cheap. I wasn't expecting to get all of them at that price. So anyway 3 stars for receiving a Boston Cream Donut, but the thing is it was placed in the paper bag upside down. It also had a texture like it was made yesterday and wasn't stored properly. I still think Dunkin is great! But I wasn't impressed with how this order went.

90% of the time the packing for the coffee and food is great. The coffee holder is great and so is the sealed bag but when I order hot food and you stuff it in a small bag between my 2 cold coffees, NOT cool! I ordered 1 Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, 1 Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread, 1 Everything Stuffed Bagel Minis and 2 Hash Browns. You smashed them ALL in a small bag stuffed between my 2 large iced coffees. Give the dasher another bag for the warm stuff. Look at the picture, I ordered a Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread and another Hash Browns (not in photo), and all were smashed in this tiny bag

All I ordered was 2 medium iced coffees with caramel swirl and cream and they tasted terrible. I have no idea how iced coffees could be messed up, but somehow this store managed. My advice is to not purchase from this Dunkin. The poor reviews are there for a reason.
