I normally have great service from here. But I wasn't made aware of the iced coffee machine not working. I had to find out from my Dasher after I questioned where my coffee was. He was even told that there wasn't anything they (Dunkin') could do about it. Well, they could have let the customer know instead of thinking the worst about their Dasher. There was no offer of a replacement. I'll think twice before I order from here again.

Love their blueberry muffins, but they are almost always out by 8:00 AM. Yet the muffins remain on the menu all day. The workers state people ask for them throughout the day. Why not just make more?? The cost of 2-3 missed sales is far more than the cost of materials/labor for a pan of muffins.
