Breakfast sandwiches were made with over-toasted croissants, they were also smashed and cold. Hash rounds cold and limp...and there were only like 5 rounds per serving. Also ordered a half dozen donuts that were completely missing. Won't order from this store again.

I normally have great service from here. But I wasn't made aware of the iced coffee machine not working. I had to find out from my Dasher after I questioned where my coffee was. He was even told that there wasn't anything they (Dunkin') could do about it. Well, they could have let the customer know instead of thinking the worst about their Dasher. There was no offer of a replacement. I'll think twice before I order from here again.

I've read how this new store is subpar, but I took a chance anyways. For the prices of these donuts, you'd think they would've taken more caution in preparing. My two cinnamon rolls were upside down. The frosted donuts were not completely cooled before frosting, therefore the frosting had a hard time sticking.
