My Cold Brew was perfect and the Frozen Chocolate was good too! Added French vanilla swirl to both and it was great.

it's about what youd expect from dunkins... coffee tastes burnt but is still drinkable and the breakfast sandwich had a funny smell/taste but the Hash Browns were delicious!

3rd time receiving an order with missing items (ordered 3 times from this place in 6 months) called store, was told, "mistakes happen" after speaking to a less then friendly person first. Where has customer service gone??
