Everything was perfect! The coffees were made perfectly. The donuts given were what was ordered. the Everything Stuffed Bagel Minis bites were warm and soft. No complaints whatsoever. Half Dozen Donuts is FRESH and soft.

Food was disgusting. The hashbiwns were so hard they took out my crown and the croissant was burnt and eggs undercooked. There was only 2 half strips of bacon and was supposed to be 5 and the cappuccino wasn't good either.

I ordered a bagel bacon and cheese , I bit into it, it was so hard the indents of my teeth were still on the bagel . They sent hash browns with it that I didn't order but it tasted like a burnt sausage didn't have banana bread slices so they sent extra stuff to make up for not having any donuts were actually good . Everything else definitely not .

Ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich on a sesame seed bagel and got a sandwich on a HALF of a cinnamon and raisin bagel! There was literally no bottom to the sandwich and a cinnamon raisen bagel with an egg is absolutely disgusting. Very disappointing.
