First time I've had Dunkin in a while and it was worth it, the Iced Latte was super good and tasted very fresh. and got Half Dozen Donuts of bostom creme, vanilla creme and glazed that were very good. would most definitely get them again

Most of the food tastes old, not really fresh. Still good, and decent for the prices. The Bacon & Cheddar Omelet Bites were very warm, they seem like the freshest out of the Hash Browns and MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats, but one of the bites had everything bagel seasoning on the bottom?? I didnt order enough milk for my Original Blend Iced Coffee so i added more at home but it's a strong tasting coffee, even half decaf. The vanilla i added is tasty! Overall, I'd order again. It's a good choice for a cheap, quick breakfast. I'm on a low fodmap diet so my choices are limited!

gave me old, dry, and nasty donuts, not the munchkins I actually ordered. They didn't ask what I'd like as a replacement. but I guess old donuts will do. worst of all, my cup lid was dirty

I don't know why they accept orders when they don't have what you want. It's happened more often than not, the Dasher gets there and calls to tell me they don't have a good part of my order so I'm stuck picking things I don't really want as the dasher already made the trip there. So Dunkin makes the sale but the customer isn't really happy. NOT customer friendly service.

My coffee didn't have 5 pumps of caramel & my wake-up wrap was not good. It looked like they just threw it together in 2 seconds. I usually order Dunkin all the time and never have a problem but today was definitely an off day :(
