I usually order muffins from Dunkin. Nine times out of 10 they appear to be stale. I don't order them warm however they do not remain intact. Basically I end up with just the top.

Hash browns were extremely burnt but everything else was great! Coffee made well, stuffed bagels were warm, ham and cheese sandwich was cold and soggy but still tasted good

ordered a pumpkin spice latte. when received it was open and spilled, not the stores fault I presume. but what was left in the cup tasted like 2 day old black coffee with milk. no flavoring at all.
