The cold brew was a bit off and the cream they used has little specs floating around in it. Weird, but Dunkin is almost always inconsistent with their drink making. Every other time I've ordered dunkin it's been completely fine though, just this one time was odd.

What we received was delicious but we did not receive our whole order. Tried calling the store & it goes straight to a voicemail. I ordered for our office & some people did not get to eat because of this mistake.

Received half of my order, Swe t Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon was regular hard bacon didnt have the ingredients on it. I had to go into the store and get a refund, the guy who assisted me had a terrible attitude. First time ordering I'll never order with them again!! Everyone in the store ignored me as I stood at the counter. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

I love Dunkin but they need to get it together. The donut holes were hard, did not taste fresh at all! The stuffed biscuits were cold 🤦‍♀️ but tasted fine after heating them . They were out of cold brew but at least my dasher was nice enough to call and ask if I wanted different coffee. still paid for cold brew tho 🫤👎
