I was having some issues with my orders (specifically my coffee) but I am very pleased to say that they seem to have resolved the issues. The last few times I received my order the coffee (and other items) has been awesome!

Whoever is working today needs some training. both my Vanilla Bean Coolatta® and Chai Latte taste like straight milk. The last few times I got the hot Chai Latte it's been horrid and just tastes like steamed milk. Please remind employees how many pumps to put in per size of items.

They didn't have 10 of the 12 donuts I originally ordered. Their coffee tasted as if they dumped a bottle full of Hazelnut flavoring in it and doesn't even taste like coffee. Most of the donuts we ended up having to get was stale and poorly glazed. Awful first experience.

I recieved my iced chai latte and it was half full. nothing was spilled in the bag so I assume the Dunkin employee made it this way. I asked for less ice, but when there is a good 3 inches less in my drink from the top, then there's something very wrong. I'm very disappointed.
