The Iced Chai Latte I got was a giant cup of milk. I didn't know they only added 1 pump of chai syrup to a large order. I should have stuck to my regular coffee order because this was disappointing. I will not order this again

you have me pick my donuts and I only get 5 out of the 12 that I ordered. the others looked like garbage. very disappointed. I ordered these for our team for a morning meeting. Dozen Donuts

The wrong cheese was used for my Sausage Egg and Cheese and it had way too much 'everything' seasoning on the bagel.

Not only was 1/2 the order missing, the Hot Chocolate cup wasn't even a 1/3 of the way full. The croissant was dry & nasty. My dog wasn even interested bacon.
