• DoorDash orderSince the main component is brisket their needs to be more brisket on the inside. what they do is push the very little they put inside to the very top, so customers get brisket in every bite up top. when i spread it out it barely covered the sandwich. Also, could not taste the shmear at all needs to be heavier handed.
