I've ordered from here ever since i was little, and loved it! My mom would take me here on special days where she had the money for it. But.. I ordered it today for a little brunch since I usually love this place and haven't had it in years. Honestly? Their quality and freshness has really decreased. I got two of the cinnamon sugar bagels with the plain cream cheese (shmear), and both bagels were hard and not warm, yet it claims to have been toasted. The cream cheese was all over the bag and over my bagel (only one of them) . I am sad to say i was disappointed with my order, and may look for a refund. I probably wouldn't order again for a while.

I always love the food I get from here. Today was different. The egg bacon bagel was so greasy. Like bad greasy. My hand's and the paper around it was dripping with grease. My dogs loved it. I couldn't eat it. So disappointed
