Bagel was soggy, and there was barely any cream cheese on my bagel. Cream cheese also came in a clump and not spread out.

food is always great. ordered a cold Cold Brew, Large with caramel & I'm not sure if what I know to be a cold brew is the same as what I was served. it's just odd tasting cold coffee on ice, no cream?
