ordered lunch and dinner this day - love El Pollo Loco foods - always so fresh and tasty. The Classic Double Chicken Chopped Salad and Double Chicken Bowl were amazingly fresh and so filling. The 8pc Family Feast provided dinner and lunch the next day!!

Food is really great. Sometimes the Shredded Beef Avocado Stuffed Quesadilla is made strangely (all the meat on one side, all the cheese, onion and avocado in one corner) and its almost soggy from meat juices. Beware of it dripping onto you! Have ordered it around lunch time and at dinner time - the dinner crew makes it correctly without being soggy.
When it is made correctly, it is excellent.
The mild salsa is basically chopped tomato with a cameo appearance of onion, cilantro and some kind of pepper. All I can taste is blah tomato drippings. I tried ordering the pico de gallo tonight, but they left out all the sauces, though gave us plenty of chips . Very disappointing.
Chips & Guacamole Large was good. Made well, no large chunks of partially-ripe avocado (like I usually get from another fast-food place). I find adding a dash of salt to the container is helpful, but it is a preference, not an issue with the food.
Two Churros were a sweet treat.

The food was good, and the Double Chicken Tostada Salad came with plenty of dressing. The Two Churros came with no cinnamon sugar topping and was only fried bread.

Once again the 3 pieces of chicken were burnt black! What I am seeing is this El Polo in Eastland Plaza does not value their customers especially not their Door Dash customers. Sad because they used to be very good.
