The Fatburger product is superior to its DoorDash competitors in all respects -- and a joy to to order. This is "THE" burger. However, twice in a row a substantial order has arrived cold and wilted on a delivery journey of 2.2 miles. Disappointing.

Everything was good, burger was delicious, fries were cold. It was tasty but I'm a little disappointed because they didn't put any ketchup or napkins at all, no condiments??!! I spent $35+ and they didn't bother to include napkins and ketchup. So I ate the fries plain, nothing to deep in.
