Everything was absolutely amazing I took advantage of there BOGO deal I got the Hook & Ladder® flavors were perfect temperature was perfect no co on that or any else I just wish they would allow two different subs for there BOGO deal in of the same sub. My Mac & Cheese was the perg size and tasted awesome last but not least my Fire ouse Chili not enough words to describe how good it was

Doesn't ever seem to want to fulfill customers needs. Soggy bread with half the meats plus topping mashed on the side

Meh. Both Hook & Ladder® subs were soggy, appears that the cooked onions were not strained or drained before being dumped, water and all, onto the subs which were then shoved into flimsy paper boxes and plopped into a grease stained paper bag. Will not order again.

Best subs in town. They really pack in the meat and toppings. While not the cheapest, you definitely get your money's worth.
