I been up all morning waiting for firehouse subs to open, so i can order the Hook & Ladder® . Let me tell you as soon as 10:30 hit I placed my order. It got here within 30 minutes and whoever made this god bless. You deserve a raise anyways 10/10.

the subs i normally get are food, but this one was way to oily and wet. one bite and the whole sandwich slide apart and fell. I love the taste of the brownie though. apart.

I order a coke and received a water. This is the third time this has happen. Along receiving the wrong kind of chips. Sandwich also had too much mayo like it was glopped onto my sandwich which was very unappetizing!
