My sub was a mess: Too much sauce which soaked through the too small bread as it was being delivered . The toppings and meats fell through the bottom as I tried to pick it up. By the time I finished cleaning up the mess in the container and on my hands, the sub was a pile cold pile of pinkish/ brown ingredients. I ate the meatballs and threw away the rest.

My sandwich was excellent, nice and fresh. Present was very satisfactory and my celebration cookie was definitely baked well and tasted good.

I ordered a Hook & Ladder with gluten free bread... what I got a a bowl of lettuce, onion and two strips of bacon. $22 for this?! If the bowl had had the other items I ordered, minus the bread, that would have been fine. This, no.
