• DoorDash orderThe Coke's were horrible....only carbonated water and no syrup. Also the tops had no tape or seal on them . The subs were delicious.

• DoorDash orderI waited over 20 minutes in store. Granted there was a crowd but, about ten minutes after arriving I noticed walk in customers receiving their orders. I understand that driving orders take precedence, and walk-in orders probably take precedence as well, but I'm literally standing there so I don't understand why my sandwich wasn't prepared in the order that should have been considering I was standing there. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the quoted time provided. When I asked an associate to add extra mustard to my sandwich, mustard was the only topping, he smirked and said, "that's a long ways away." Firehouse subs requested to not accept specific requests and there is no option on the menu to add extra mustard.

• DoorDash orderThe sandwiches were fantastic even though mine was missing cucumber. It took them an hour to fix the sandwiches but hopefully that will smooth out as they are open longer.
