I love their Tuna Salad Subs.. and while all their subs are delicious, the Tuna is my favorite. It's creamy, tasty, and they make it just the way I like it! Also, it includes the cheese, and not every place does that!
In Store, I can order any sub cold, but your online menu does not allow for that option that I can find. I wish you would change that, so I can order my other favorites cold too.

The sandwich was great, and it was made exactly as I ordered it. I am glad, though, that I picked it up and didn't eat it there. The staff were speaking back and forth to each other very loudly. For me it crossed the line between relaxed and unprofessional.

We LOVE Firehouse. That's why the sandwiches we got tonight were so disappointing. We didn't get peppers on either sandwich. There was little meat on half of my white bread sub and my boyfriend's entire wheat bread sub didn't have very much meat. There was SO much mayo and spicy mustard that I could literally taste nothing else and had to throw away over half the sandwich. If we are paying $45 for 2 medium sandwiches, 1 drink, and 2 brownies (way overpriced) we at least expect to enjoy our meal. This was horrible.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and received 2. Jasmine the shift manager stated they forgot to put it in the bag, but refused to help, the Door Dash driver refused to help and Door dash is trying to give partial credit for the sandwich Firehouse manager says they forgot to put in my bag.
