This was my first time ordering Firehouse for delivery, I usually always go to the store to eat there. I will never order online again. My sub wasnt the size of a medium, there was old brown lettuce in my sub and I asked for no pickles due to eating restrictions. And there was the pickles on the bottom of my sub soaking up all the juice. I will only be going into the restaurant to eat for now on.

I usually love firehouse subs but tonight was an absolute fail by them. all 3 subs we got were soggy and not appetizing. garlic bread was not cooked. missing items from the order. just disappointed tonight...

simple these are way overpriced for what they are 17-18$ for a large sub is Excatly why I will never be back....they have some good subs and they have some lousy ones....all in all I give the subs 6.5/10. the price 3.5/10...another franchise I'm sure won't last long..

the sandwiches were excellent. the soup not at all it was loaded potato and had one tiny potato in it. soup was also very grease never had soup that was grease!
