Nice combination and amazing flavour but I think the meat is pretty less amount. it would run out really faster than you expect.

"Sushi rice" has me scratching my Japanese head. Grains are too long to be sushi rice, so I thought maybe there's sushi vinegar but couldn't taste that either.
SALMON O.G is ok but not enough salmon, the MISO SALMON BOX is horrendous. It's like they tried too hard to make a Japanese sounding menu item sexy by throwing in all sorts of misfits. I understand it's "inspired", but it would be like me opening a Turkish inspired kebab shop and putting seaweed in the kebab
