They had my husband wait for 15 minutes past the order being ready and they ignored him the entire time he tried to get their attention for picking up. My burger was cold and terribly put together the cheese was clumped together not even half on the burger and my patties were in several pieces. Super disappointing for a $13 burger.

I have always liked Five Guys cheeseburgers but today I almost choked on the grilled red onions-they were like trying to chew up and swallow string. I wonder if these onions were just from a bad batch and the staff not checking freshness daily. That's not happened before so I was surprised it thought I'd mention it hope they check their red onion supplies as I could have really been in trouble trying to swallow. Also it took the door dasher a long time to find us even though I had put specific instructions In mapping software used.

I got a cheeseburger and I accidentally added an extra patty so it turned out to be a triple cheese burger. Im so glad I made that mistake! Best burger ever!
