Cheeseburger was great but Little Fries were not fresh....didn't like them....

The burgers did not have bbq sauce on them as ordered, no utensils, napkins, or ketchup packets as ordered. Portion size was good.

Th cheeseburger arrived with the bread all soggy and breaking apart. The beef patty was dry. Would not reorder again. You're better off ordering from Shake Shack.
