So disappointed. I'm at the hospital down the road and they messed up my order. You'd think if you were paying so much money for a burger and fries they would get your order right. They forgot to add the condiments and my drink. This is my second time using DoorDash and I'm not to impressed. Back to the food. I would have honestly been happier with a quarter pounder at McDonalds. Also not impressed with their Ultimate Fries. This place is so not worth it, especially considering there are so many delicious burgers these days. I look forward to the day when I drive through Alhambra to see this place closed .

This particular location (Alhambra) is very inconsistent in quality and service. They are perfectly capable of producing a good smash burger and decent fries. However, that's not always what you get. Today, for example, my fries were burnt rock solid and dry as a bone. This problem was further exacerbated by the fact that they forgot to include the fry sauce I ordered. Other times burgers have been missing ingredients or were over done. But some days you DO get excellent food. I would recommend eating there in person instead of Doordashing. At least then, if there is an issue, you can have the restaurant fix it right away.
