The lamb Orecchiette was phenomenal! I could order this every week. I always love the Gem Salad. The lettuce is crisp and the dressing is perfectly balanced. Forma never disappoints

Great to get good pasta, salads, and sides for the price. Kinda amazed to see in this area.
Loved the arancini. Everything was good- the pipette ragu was a bit salty but I mixed it with the gem salad and it was fine. Pesto was 4/5- solid.

had a craving for pasta & went with the Pappardelle Bolognese based on the reviews, & boy im glad i did.
simple, hearty, delicious af.
i splurged for Meatballs ; they were flavorful & tasty.
i'll be sure to order from here again when im craving pasta & dont feel like cooking.

The "Kale Caesar" was not made with kale and included no caesar (or any other) dressing. It was just a plastic container full of some mixed greens with a few croutons. Door dash refunded me $2.11 of the $11.00+ salad. Only giving two stars because the pasta is good.
