• DoorDash orderI gave it 3 stars because they do have great burgers, but this was my first time eating here and I was a little disappointed in the service. No commmunication that you can't get pickup orders through the drive thru and instead of accommodating me the one time since I did not know that, I had to pull out of the drive thru after waiting forever, get my sleeping baby out of the car to go inside and grab my order only to find out they left the cheese curds out. The drink carrier doesn't hold the smaller cups very well so they fell out of the carrier in the parking lot. I had to go back inside to get the cheese curds and new drinks. When they gave me the cheese curds, they only filled up half the cup and they were overcooked. For the price of their menu, I feel they can up their customer service a bit. If unsure how to do that, here is what should have happened... the order should have been given to me in the drive thru with the understanding I know for next time. Also, it would be good to communicate that to all customers placing pickup orders at the time of placing orders so they can be prepared. Last, fill up the cheese curds cups all the way. Hope this helps them improve!

• DoorDash orderThis was my first time trying Freddys. The #4 Freddy's Original Patty Melt Combo was so delicious! The bread is buttered and the patty wasnt to thick/thin but just right. I got onion rings instead of fries and I'm glad I did, they were very good and fried perfectly. I look forward to trying other items on the menu.

• DoorDash orderFood is cold and large fry I ordered and paid extra money for wasn't even halfway full even after checking the bag to see if fries spilled out of the bag. What a disappointment. Freddy's is hit or miss with DoorDash unless you pick the order up yourself and check the food quality in store I wouldn't recommend ordering here. Ive had to ask for fresh fries as their fries are constantly stall or cold.

• DoorDash orderThe burger was over cooked. The fries were drowned in cheese sauce way too much cheese sauce! I couldn't eat the fries I threw them away ! It was like just eating cheese sauce with out fries!

All-Beef Hot Dog Combo very good
BUT the tater tots were barely luke warm and definitely not crisp or even crunchy. I suspect they were precooked way before I had even ordered.
