I've never had a bad experience with Freshii - fantastic salads and bowls , every time. That said , it is extremely frustrating to not be able to deselect items from the set menu items or add special instructions to leave out a particular ingredient.

Quite literally the smallest salads we have ever received. The Kale Caesar Salad was less than 1/2 full. Totally unbelievable, we definitely got ripped off today.
