The Carrot Cake cupcakes tastes like what my mom made. She got her recipe off of the Silk cake flour box. Had mayo and pineapple in it. I think I taste pineapple in this new one. I make it using a different cream cheese icing than the one on the box. Made one for a wedding. The mother of the bride didn't have time to bake and said what ever recipe I wanted to use. She told me later it was even better than her mom's. I made one for my son's wedding. People told me that it should be my signature cake. And what I'm saying is this Ganache Bakery is excellent, too

The cupcakes are wonderful , but when ordering I wasnt allowed to unselect having them delivered in a clear gift box, which was a mandatory $5. The giftbox was pretty but I didnt want it, and having to pay extra for it when I didnt want it was kind of lame.
