the Dan Dan Noodles have a great aroma and tastes delicious! I ordered it Extra Spicy and the spice had yet to kick in, but the flavors blended well

Ihad the Lanzhou Beef Chow Mein / 蘭州傳統炒麵. Itwas very tasty, but the meat had a lot of unchewable pieces in it, unfortunately. They did make the noodles extra thick exactly how I wanted though, so I appreciate that. They should put the cucumber salad in a leakproof container too since it was all over everything by the time we got it. lol

delicious. lots of broth, i had some left over. noodles were tender and chewy. a generous amount of green onions and cilantro 🤤
i got extra spicy and it honestly wasn't too spicy, had the flavor but didn't burn my taste buds off lol

The noodles are nice and fresh. But there was no sauce or flavouring other than in the meat, and the meat was very odd in texture. Reminded me of veggie ground round. Everything else was quite bland. Like maybe at least use a little salt when you steam the greens? lol Could also have used more carrot and cucumber, as there was maybe a tablespoon of each. The quality of the food itself was good though.
