Beloved Mooshu, I found you...so much chicken, there was too much to consume you. So I share you.
Golden China Palace Bistro...I adore you , your Mooshu Chicken : bravo! (Extra sauce & 1 more pancake would have been perfect though:-)

• DoorDash orderHouse Fried Rice excellent. The beef and chicken are very soft and the shrimp and egg are also very tender. There were only 5 shrimp in the rice but, lots of eveything else. Since I wanted it with less sauce I ordered a separate white rice to mix in. But I could have probably asked them to prepare it with less sauce too. Anyway this extra white rice is very well cooked too and the half of it that's left will come in handy. Will definitely reorder both.

• DoorDash orderWas decent overall, they missed one of the lunch special rices. Portion size for the Lunch Special Sesame Chicken was a bit small, only about 7-8 pieces of chicken and 3 broccoli. Mongolian Lunch Special Mongolian Beef was decent but needed a bit more flavor in the sauce. The Singapore Chow MiFun was a lot of food and had decent amount of meat in it but was also bland, needed more spice or turmeric imo. Decent value overall tho, could always add their Free Chili Oil or other available sauces to add more flavor.

• DoorDash orderI will never order from Gourmet Palace China Bistro again. The Fried Chicken Wings(6) were not fried. They were soggy and covered with sweaty onions. I do not eat onions and had to throw it out. The Garlic Shrimp was a bowl of vegetables with 4 shrimp sitting on top. I was going to try and naje the best of it by mixing it with the rice and pouring the sauce on top, but there was practically no sauce.
On top of that, "their" delivery guy (not a Dasher) called and said, "here". I buzzed him in and waited. It takes 10 seconds to get to my door. I buzzed for 30 seconds straight. I then called, but he couldn't speak English and hung up on me. This went back and forth for 10 minutes. I finally had to get dressed and go to the street. He kept saying "here"- but, he wasn't. He finally showed up after 15 minutes. Awful experience.

• DoorDash orderThe BBQ Pork Fried Rice was excellent with lots of diced pork and other vegetables, egg and scallions but, the French Style Filet Mignon was a disappointment. It was the reason for placing this order. Tenderloin was tough and asparagus was mostly tough stems...few tips. There were also onion and red pepper chunks, pretty and flavorful but, if using asparagus stems they should be peeled. Incidentally, I've had this dish from another valley restaurant where the meat was very tender. The food here is usually very good. So it's got to be an off night.
