Everything was delicious! Fried items were perfectly cooked. Wingz were so good and slightly smoky, the hot honey lemon pepper sauce has the perfect kick to it. Corn on the cob comes in a seasoned butter sauce, very good. Seafood rice and grilled shrimp bowl was perfect, at a great price. It has pieces of crab in it.

Food just gets better and better here! I used to go to a long established shop when my fried Okra cravings hit - but now theirs does not compare! Gumbo House Express makes it with the perfectly light and crispy breading - never over or undercooked!
We used to drive far to a particular food truck in Walterboro for the best shrimp - Gumbo House Express now compares favorably even on the shrimp! I almost regretted getting just the Shrimp Basket (8 Pieces) instead of a much larger order!
Fries great as ever - they sprinkle a very light seasoning on them that is just enough, not too heavy like most places do!
Just an excellent place to eat all around!!!

Whew! All I can say is that it's worth every single penny. Honey Cornbread was so soft. Seafood rice and salmon bite bowl was amazing. Seafood Mac was to dieeee for. Everything was season to perfection. 10 /10.

I ordered from Gumbo House Express through DoorDash and was blown away! I got the Ultimate Snow Crab & Rice Bowl, Fries, and Seafood Mac, and everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The seasoning was bold and full of flavor—definitely on the intense side, but in the best way possible! The seafood was cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. If you're a fan of well-seasoned, flavorful seafood, this spot is a must-try. Highly recommend!

ordered the Crab and Crab N Shrimp box and the hot honey lemon pepper Wingz, it was hot and delicious!!! one of my favorite restaurants!!!! I've tried several other dishes from here and they do not disappoint!!! I just wish they do something about the $8.99 delivery fee. The delivery fee plus, tax and tip easily makes this order a $85+ order.
