I just moved to the area and the food here is great. The other night I ordered 2x sweet potatoe fries w/ ranch. I ordered to-go. when I got home the fries were extremely stale, plus no ranch. other than that. the food and service is usually great!

Food is always good but they never give us ranch. The tempura green beans say they come with ranch and we select "add ranch" but the last several times we've ordered, we haven't received any. Thought it was a fluke but seems to happen every time now

I asked for ranch with my order 3 ranches to be specific and one ketchup packet and I didn't get a single thing, but other than that the food was delicious as always
