I have been going to Hanks regularly since they opened in Burbank and as a vegan I can tell you their bagels and vegan cream cheese are the best in LA! Soo so fresh! I havent had a bagel I didnt like. I just wish they would offer more vegan cream cheese options!!

The bagels have been chewy and painful to bite into both times I've been here, and for the price they give you an insanely small amount of lox. This place is so hyped that I thought I'd give it another shot but it's borderline inedible, im done

The egg and cheese bagel had no flavor to it and the bagel was hard. It was fine but didn't need to be 20 dollars.

Another FABULOUS Build Your Own Bagel! The fresh lox and salted cucumbers are always fresh and delicious! I order mine open faced and it's ALWAYS packaged pristinely!
