Wanted sauce on the chicken and fries they put it in two small cups on the side even when I paid for extra sauce... it was very good tho amount of fries u get is so small just still ate it... better then other Harold's I've ordered from

I'm either missing 2 wings or my dasher ate them. They were covered in feathers so it didn't matter anyway. Don't order cake it's a thin dry slice for $6 not worth it.

No sauce on the chicken at all. Then asked for extra. Yeah 3 containers were sent but, not one of them is even full.
The chicken Is fresh, though my main reason for ordering was for the taste of Harolds sauce, over the JJs, Sharks...
Next time I suppose...

They charge $1.00 for ranch. the container small. The ranch is not homemade. Customer service is very bad!

The chicken was okay but I was expecting that Harold's chicken taste which I didn't get. Harold's chicken is one of my favorite chicken restaurants and because I love their signature mild sauce and I dont know what type of mild sauce they used but it wasn't the Harold's mild sauce so because of that I would not be ordering from this particular Harold's again.
