What restaurant sends food out the door for delivery without a napkin, without utensils, with no condiments (soy sauce, even?)? The steak was way overcooked, dry and tough as hell. It was just gross. All of it, and I had no sauce or any way to try to make it work. Total waste.

the teriyaki sauce is not flavorful. fried rice is just white rice and its super dry. shrimp was bland. didn't get white sauce or ginger sauce as expected from a hibachi place.
