• DoorDash orderthe Hinodeya Ramen was delicious and filling. large quantity of soup i had enough for two meals! the Chicken Kara-age was full of flavor and very crispy just wish it had a little bit bigger sized pieces. Edamame is good with the spicy seasoning sprinkled on it, very spicy!

• DoorDash orderThe food is great HOWEVER they skimp on the ingredients in the ramen. Try Jinya Ramen Bar for better ramen and portions for the price.
If not here for ramen, try the Takoyaki! Definitely my favorite dish here.

• DoorDash ordertakoyaki comes with four in the order, which was less than I was expecting. Always love their vegan ramen, but the toppings have gotten less/smaller every time I've ordered. I know things are not cheap these days, but the ramen was almost $20. For a vegan ramen without meat I think it's fair to expect more toppings.

• DoorDash orderWow, I was so impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the flavor of the soup here. Even the ramen noodles were perfect. Not too salty; lots of savory, umami flavor. This might be my new favorite ramen spot. My recommendation: get the Spicy Miso Butter Corn. It's fantastic.

• DoorDash orderThe Spicy Miso Ramen was yummy, as usual. I love that the noodles they send are hot, so the broth doesn't cool down when you pour it over the noodles. Most places send cold noodles, so your broth cools down and then you have to microwave it to heat it back up. The noodles have the right amount of chewiness to them and the egg is cooked perfectly. The broth is very flavorful and satisfying. It's the perfect comfort meal. The Gyoza is also really good. Their sauce that they send isreally salty, but tasty. It's really good if you squeeze the lemon they provide you over the gyoza and then dip them in the sauce. I have not had a bad meal once from Hinodeya; their consistency is spot on.
