Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen is delicious. The marinated egg is sweet and savory. The crunchy bean sprouts and soft salty bamboo shoots go well with the meaty tender cut of chasu pork.

The photo of the Steamed Pork Bao Bun is misleading especially for a dad in a hurry trying to order dinner for himself and kids because it shows two buns in the photo but you've been warned. The $6.50 price is for one single bun that is about 2 bites worth for a grown man.

Delicious Tantanmen Ramen! Also got a pork bao and Hokkaido milk tea for a combo, and everything was so good! Safely packaged for a to-go order, which hasn't been my experience for other ramen shops in the area. Would 100% recommend.
