Cup Matzo Ball Soup is always fire. My absolute favorite. Cole Slaw is finely chopped and a litte sweet, pairs perfectly with my pickle. BLT was fresh and bacon was crispy. Delicious! Favorite diner to order from.

This diner is very good. Orders are always packed and prepared correctly. I love the chicken noodle soup and tuna sandwich is fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!

Ok! Here's the scoop with this newly remodeled Diner! Cheeseburger Create Your Own Deluxe Burger are usually cooked how you ask. French Dip is usually always very good! The potato salad is one of the best (just needs salt). As far as Diners go it's always the little things to lookout for that say a lot about the operation. This Diner does not execute French fries with mozzarella properly at all. You need way more mozzarella on the fries, the amount that's given is embarrassing. If you order a side of gravy $2.75 is ridiculous. $1.50 max would be reasonable. The pickle they give was wrapped right in foil by someone. This grosses me out. Tip- use a 8oz container fill with Cole slaw and then simply place the whole pickle on top and seal. A half pickle is ridiculous and a 4oz Cole slaw isn't proportional to sit down. C'mon folks let's use our heads. These few little things is what reputations are built on. Lastly, the ketchup packets scream it out loud! A place that cuts corners not offering Heinz ketchup packets to go definitely is cutting corners everywhere else. This place gets a 3 of 5 stars for that reason. There's much room for improvement in the details and quality of food. Tip- in my experience, the Diner with the best Cole slaw is almost always the go to Diner. Get your Cole slaw right(greener and fresher cabbage will do) get your packaging right (steam = trouble) get your cheese and fry portions right. Most customers you lose you're unaware of because they just stop coming so keep the ones you have by improving the little things. Doesn't matter how fancy the place looks, people go for the food in a Diner.

I’ve always Loved The Holbrook Diner. Here you can enjoy The Best of Everything! I had The *HEALTHY OMELETTE: Delicious! The Roast Top Sirloin of Beef is there anything that can’t be cooked well in this place? The Fresh Shrimp Cocktail and it was nice and cold-who caught these? The Cherry Pie like homemade. Yum! The Raspberry Ice Tea Terrific! Large Coffee They had to have just roasted those beans. Wonderful. George Burns said he never had a good cup of coffee-should’ve gone to The Holbrook Diner. I have never known disappointment eating here.
