The price may seem steep, especially in this economy, but after tasting that broth and that pork? $15 seems very appropriate for how absolutely delicious this Tonkotsu ramen is.
The expense comes from the fact that making ramen The correct way is a very labor intensive process. you have to love what you are cooking in order to successfully cook it. and by God, do these people love what they do because this is absolutely delicious.
It is perfectly savory and spicy and sweet, and it blends everything that makes Asian cuisine delicious. 10 out of 10 would definitely order again.
The Gyoza (6 Pieces) was absolutely amazing as well.

They brought my drink with no boba and partly empty. Definitely not a good thing to order if you are wanting to satisfy a sweet tooth because the syrup on the bottom wont mix so you' d have to drink straight syrup or plain milk

quality wise it's great, but they definitely got hit by shrink-flation almost $21 for something that used to be almost twice this portion.
