B.Y.O.B. Burger that doesn't come with 80% of what you ordered on it? hello? Ordered onion, mayo, tomato, lettuce, pickles, mushrooms and bacon. Only got bacon and 3 tiny mushroom slices.... meat was dry and overcooked and without any sauce it was harder to eat than popeyes biscuit.

Ordered a BYOB Burger and Fried Pickles. Food arrived ice cold and tasted awful!Will not be order from here again! Contacted them right away and was given $3 credit for a $50 check.

Incomplete order: I ordered the Bacon and Bleu burger, but was not in the bag when I got the delivery. BYOB did not have the American cheese and bacon I ordered on it.
