Their drinks are so good, but literally every time I order they forget something! I keep giving them another chance because the drinks really are delicious, but I've ordered from House or Cha four times and not once has my order been correct. This time, I ordered three drinks and only received two.

The last time I ordered my drink was so good! This time they forgot to sweeten it and forgot my popping boba. I also ordered a tea Heart Steep to get to the $12 dash pass minimum and didn't receive it.
