I've made comments about not calling to offer a different side if they were out, cold food, old cornbread, how it used to be vs. wasting money... and I'm nervous when I order sometimes because it's so hit or miss.
Since that review ... they have called, which I appreciate.

The Fried Fish Sandwich and Catfish Dinner were excellent! It was hot when it arrived. The fish was crispy/crunchy and the sides were good. The wait wasn't as long as expected. 👍

The Fried Chicken Dinners ordered were hot upon arrival. The chicken was crispy, the yams weren't too sweet and the Mac&Cheese was ok (could use some improvement). Overall, satisfying. There was improvement on wait time! 👍

The employee cared enough to call me to clear up a question about my order. She was polite, professional, and kind. The Short Ribs in Gravy were fresh and tasty! The catfish was piping hot and flavorful.
