I used to really enjoy Huddle House, but lately, each time I order, the food seems to get greasier than the last. Patty melts are my go-to, but they seriously need to rethink their packaging. By the time the food arrives, the bread is soggy and definitely not worth eating. The hash browns, which should be crispy and fresh, end up sitting in a puddle of grease and are mushy instead. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in quality, especially for a place that used to be a favorite. I hope they can address these issues and bring back the flavors and textures that made their meals enjoyable.

I had ordered this order for my auntie and she said the plate was burned thru from the hashbrown and she didn't receive any utensils for her food... the rest of her food was cold when it arrived to here home...this is my 2nd time ordering from here and receiving poor service

My order was all there and correct. The only complaint I have is that my toast was not toasted. I just got buttered bread. Other than that my food was great!

The MVP meal was delicious and hot when was delivered. Everything was so fresh and seasoned.
