the drink is to thick can't even take a sip without trying the chips cold and soft the burger was a complete disaster wasn't wrapped properly half of it was in the bag

Both burger patties were dry and over cooked.The 3 Jack's Fried Chicken Southern Style Tenders were also dry and over cooked.
Chips were stale and as usual no straws provided for the drinks

Chips were cold and not salted much, but otherwise everything else was good. Definitely liked the Cheesy Bacon Classic Jacks Fried Chicken.
