In general, I love this place. But I've had a few mildly frustrating experiences recently. First, the strawberry element of the strawberry milk varies wildly. I have stopped ordering it because the last few times I've essentially paid $9 for plain milk. When it's made properly, it's so good! But it's too expensive for that to not be every time. There is also no way to order extra of any one topping. I was once successful in adding a different topping and explaining in the notes that I just wanted double the bubble. This time, the same move resulted in me paying 75 cents to hand strain grass jelly out of my tea (and no extra bubble.) Love the rice balls as well, but it's a toss up if the shrimp tempura will be perfect or fried beyond the point of no return. A bummer because if this place were more consistent, I would probably order from it like three times a week.

Combo 2 with Fresh Flavored Milk (Caffeine Free) (Lactaid/Oat Substitute)
Ordered with no ice and it had lots of ice. I also ordered oat milk, and it came with cow.
Whoever wrapped the rice balls did it poorly and left it exposed despite me not yet opening it.

Always getthr spicykimchi pork belly rice balls. Really good with the jalapeñomayo sauce. The only issue is how long it takes for delivery. On avg 1-1.5hrs.
